Swimming is a vital part of the sporting life at Sharon School, offering pupils not only a fun and challenging physical activity, but also a life-saving skill that stays with them for life. At Sharon, we believe that swimming is not just a sport—it is a life skill, essential for safety, health, and confidence in and around water.

Swimming Programme

From ECD B through to Grade 7, every pupil receives structured, progressive swimming instruction as part of both the curriculum and co-curricular programme.

Our 25-meter pool offers a safe and competitive environment for learning and performance. Pupils who wish to take their swimming further are encouraged to join external swimming clubs, where they can sharpen their competitive edge and deepen their love for the sport.
