At Sharon School, we are committed to fostering a technology-rich learning environment where pupils develop essential digital skills and our educators are well-equipped to support them. Our aim is to nurture confident, responsible users of technology who can adapt and thrive in an increasingly digital world.
The ICT curriculum at the primary level provides students with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in using various forms of technology in everyday contexts. Learners are introduced to the foundations of information systems—how they are developed, their purpose, and how they function in real-life applications.
We adopt a progressive, developmental approach that supports learners as they advance through their primary education journey, helping students build a meaningful and age-appropriate relationship with technology.

Through the use of platforms like Google Classroom, we extend learning beyond the classroom. Pupils are able to access revision material, reinforce key concepts, and take greater responsibility for their own learning. This approach promotes independence and helps prepare our students for the demands of high school and the digital world beyond.
