Cross-country running is a vibrant and integral part of the Sharon School sports calendar, taking place during the First Term each year. It plays a key role in building endurance, mental resilience, and a strong sense of personal achievement among our pupils.
Cross-country is compulsory for all students from Grade 1 through to Grade 7, with structured training to cater to different age groups.
Training distances are carefully tailored to pupils' age categories for optimal development and safety.
Inter-House Cross-Country: Our highly anticipated annual event where all pupils compete for their houses in a spirited and supportive atmosphere.
Inter-School Events:
At Sharon School, cross-country is not just about winning races—it's about embracing the challenge, building determination, and developing a lifelong appreciation for fitness and perseverance.
